This guide is targeted for support staff performing installation of our HVS Software. This is not aimed for PBX-technicians.

For applications where you need to send data through COM-port use the script "com install 32.bat" and use the following values:

Application: C:\WorkMan\hvs\prog\com2tcp.exe

Parameters: --telnet \\.\COM1 5000
