About

This information is for staff to help throubleshoot their WorkMan HVS system so that a resolution can be faster produced.

Test of telephones

For the wakeup-test it's essential that the room has been checked in. Please write down from what room you are calling and at what time before sending the test-report to us.

Echo test

Dial the shortcode for echo which typically is *62 and see if you hear yourself speak. If it works, then there is a link between HVS and the PBX. If not the following tests are useless.

Report maidstatus

Call the maidstatus shortcode which in a default environment is *61 and see if you get a voiceprompt. This should work regardless if you are checked in or not.

Create wakeup

The room must be checkedin for this to work. Dial the shortcode for wakeup which typically is *60 and register your wakeup call.
