About

WorkMan HVS is a fairly advanced installation since it require many parties to be included namely:

  • You (reseller)
  • Us (WorkManSoft/manufacturer of WorkMan HVS)
  • Supplier of PMS-system
  • Customer (the hotel)
  • Tech-staff from customer

Requirements

  • Open TCP and UDP ports both directions between server and PBX.
  • 2 GB memory or more is recommended.

Windows Versions

  • Windows 2012 - recommended choice of operating system
  • Windows 2008 - untested/not officially supported
  • Windows 2003 - earlier versions tested ok, will no longer be tested/not officially supported
  • Windows 10 - untested at the moment
  • Windows 8 - limited tests and not recommended
  • Windows 7 - tested ok, primary choice if you want to use a client operating system
  • Windows Vista - earlier versions tested ok, will no longer be tested
  • Windows XP - earlier versions tested ok, will no longer be tested

Licenses needed with Avaya IP Office

  • 3rd party TAPI
  • SIP-trunk licenses.

Unsupported

These manufacturers are currently unsupported meaning that we don't have any integration up and running. They might support general protocols such as Comtrol, FIAS et.c. but we can't confirm it.
