About

WorkMan HVS is a fairly advanced installation since it require many parties to be included namely:

  • You (reseller)
  • Us (WorkManSoft/manufacturer of WorkMan HVS)
  • Supplier of PMS-system
  • Customer (the hotel)
  • Tech-staff from customer

Requirements

  • Open TCP and UDP ports both directions between server and PBX.
  • 2 GB memory or more is recommended.
  • 2 GHz or faster processor.
  • QoS - Quality of Service for SIP traffic is recommended.
  • For serial/COM-port you must either have physical port or use a Moxa-box (or similar).

Windows Versions

These can run on a physical server or a virtualized one. Only issue when running virtualized is when using serial COM-port to communicate to PMS. This can be overcome by Moxa-box. All applications are 32-bit but run on 64-bit editions of Windows.

Unsupported

These manufacturers are currently unsupported meaning that we don't have any integration up and running. They might support general protocols such as Comtrol, FIAS et.c. but we can't confirm it.
