This page contains information about the different HVS-services.
WorkMan HVS2HS
This service is the link between HVS and the Hotelsystem (PMS). It sends data using a TCP/IP- or serial-connection. It also sends the data using different protocols that varies upon the PMS-vendor.
WorkMan HVS Voice
This service is part of the IVR-solution that serves the menu for wakeup and maidstatus as well as making the calls to the hotelrooms when a wakeup is desired.
