These are instructions for the frontdesk and for the maid to report cleaningcodes. This is only valid for HVS 2.0 with SIP.
Frontdesk
Wakeup
- Only predefined rooms can access this
- Ring * 91 (gruppnumret som konfiguretas upp) och invänta svar
- Meddelandet "Ange rumsnummer och avsluta med fyrkant" spelas upp.
- Tryck t ex 101#.
- Samma meny som för rummet spelas upp. Är där ingen incheckad så kommer status menyn annars kommer väckningsfunktionen.
Cleaningcodes
Cleaningcodes (from room)
- Dial shortcode *92 (change if needed)
- Ett meddelande "ange statuskod 0 till 9" spelas upp
- Tryck t ex 5
- Ett meddelande "status 5 är registrerad" spelas upp.
